This Privacy Policy explains how SnapReal ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the SnapReal mobile application and related services (the "Service").

By using SnapReal, you agree to this Privacy Policy. SnapReal does not send your personal data to any third-party AI service. AI-related processing is performed only on your device or on our own servers under our direct control, and your uploaded photos, images containing faces, generated outputs, and prompts are not shared with external AI providers.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect the following categories of data:

• Account and session data: anonymous login session tokens, user identifier, app identifier, and related authentication metadata.
• Device and identifiers: advertising identifier (IDFA, if permitted), vendor identifier (IDFV), and device attribution identifiers used for fraud prevention, attribution, and service integrity.
• User content: images or media you upload for AI generation, which may contain faces, generated outputs (images/videos), text prompts, and task history metadata (status, timestamps, credits used).
• Purchase and subscription data: subscription status, coin package records, transaction verification metadata, and credits balance.
• App activity and diagnostics: feature usage, request logs, and technical diagnostic information necessary to operate and improve the Service.
• Support/feedback content: any information you submit through support or feedback channels.

1.1 User Content and Face Data

When you use SnapReal AI image or AI video features, the app may process images that contain facial information. We collect and use face data only as follows:

• Collection: We collect images you upload or capture that may contain your face or the face of other people solely to provide the AI feature you request.
• Use: Face data is used exclusively to perform the requested AI generation, editing, or transformation feature. We do not use face data for identification, profiling, facial recognition, advertising, or any unrelated purpose.
• Disclosure and sharing: We do not share or disclose face data, images containing faces, generated outputs, or prompts with any third-party AI service or external AI provider.
• Storage: Face data contained in uploaded images is processed on your device or stored only on our own servers when temporarily necessary to complete your request. It is not stored on or transmitted to third-party AI providers.
• Retention: When face data is processed on our servers, it is automatically deleted within 7 days after processing is completed unless a longer retention period is legally required. You may request deletion at any time, and we will process deletion requests within 30 days.

Face data collection, use, disclosure, sharing, storage, and retention are described in this section and in Section 2, Section 4, Section 5, Section 8, and Section 9 of this Privacy Policy.

2. How We Use Information

• Provide core app features, including AI generation, task processing, and history display.
• Process uploaded images that may contain faces only to deliver the AI feature you selected.
• Authenticate sessions and secure user access.
• Process subscriptions, coin packages, and credit management.
• Detect abuse, prevent fraud, and maintain service security.
• Improve product quality, reliability, and performance.
• Respond to support requests and user feedback.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

• Analytics/attribution and anti-fraud providers when needed for app measurement and security.
• Legal authorities where required by law or to protect rights and safety.

Our service providers are authorized to process data only to the extent needed to provide their services to us. We do not share face data or user-generated images with third-party AI providers.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Data Retention

We retain information only as long as necessary for the purposes in this Policy, including service delivery, account/session continuity, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and enforcement of agreements.

User content uploaded for AI processing, including images that may contain faces, is retained only for the period necessary to complete the requested processing and provide history access where applicable. Face data processed on our servers is automatically deleted within 7 days after processing completion unless a longer period is required by law.

If you submit a deletion request, we will verify and process the request within 30 days, unless a shorter period is required by applicable law.

6. Permissions and Device Features

• Photos access: used when you choose to upload images or save generated media to your gallery.
• Tracking permission (ATT): requested where applicable for attribution/measurement; you can decline without losing basic app functionality.

7. International Data Transfers

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we apply appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

Uploaded content that may contain faces is protected by access controls and security measures designed to limit internal access to personnel and systems that need the data to operate the Service.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

• Access, correct, or delete personal data.
• Restrict or object to certain processing.
• Request data portability.
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

10. Children’s Privacy

SnapReal is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children without appropriate legal basis or parental consent where required.

11. Third-Party Services and External AI

SnapReal does not use any third-party AI service to process your uploaded photos, images containing faces, prompts, or generated outputs. No user data, including face data, is sent to external AI providers for model inference or storage.

We may use third-party service providers for hosting, payments, attribution, fraud prevention, and operational support, but those providers are not authorized to use your content for their own purposes.

12. Third-Party Links and Content

The Service may contain links or third-party resources. We are not responsible for third-party privacy practices. Please review their policies separately.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated policy.
