Face Data Summary

The App processes images that may contain facial information when you use AI-powered creation and editing features (including image generation, editing, restoration, and similar tools). Face data collection, use, disclosure, sharing, storage, and retention are fully explained in Section 3 (Face Data), with additional details in Section 5 (How We Share Information), Section 8 (Data Security), Section 9 (Your Rights and Choices), and Section 10 (Data Retention).

Aiveo (“we”, “our”, or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use our mobile application Aiveo (the “App”).

1. Scope and Controller

This policy applies to the App on iOS. The entity responsible for personal data processed through the App is the developer / publisher identified on the App Store listing for Aiveo.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Account and Session Information

When you use the App, we create or maintain a session with our backend so we can provide features, sync credits or subscription status where applicable, and associate your activity with your device installation. This may include a stable device identifier stored securely on your device (for example, in the iOS Keychain) to recognize your installation across launches.

2.2 User Content (Photos, Images, and Text)

You may upload or select photos and images from your photo library, enter text prompts, and submit other inputs needed to generate or edit content. Photos and images you provide may contain faces or facial information. This content is used only to perform the features you request.

The App does not use your content for biometric identification or facial recognition in the security or identity-verification sense; processing is limited to creative and editing features you initiate.

2.3 Generated Content and Task History

We may process and store information about tasks you run and outputs you generate, as needed to show history in the App, fulfill your requests, and operate the service.

2.4 Purchases

Subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed by Apple via StoreKit. We receive information necessary to validate purchases, grant entitlements (such as subscription status or credits), and provide support. We do not receive your full payment card details from Apple.

2.5 Technical and Usage Data

We may collect diagnostic and technical information such as app version, device model, OS version, coarse usage events, and error information to maintain reliability and security. Some of this data may be aggregated or de-identified.

2.6 Advertising Identifier (IDFA) and App Tracking Transparency

Where permitted by you, the App may access the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework. If you decline or revoke permission, we align our settings with your choice. IDFA and related data may be used for advertising measurement and attribution as described in Section 6.

2.7 Feedback You Send Us

If you use in-app feedback or contact features, we collect the information you submit (such as message text) to respond to or improve the service.

3. Face Data

When you use AI image or related features, the App may process images that contain facial information. We collect and use face data only as follows:

5. How We Share Information

Aiveo does not send your photos, prompts, or face data to unrelated third-party AI services for their own products or training. AI feature processing is performed through our backend services under arrangements where service providers process data only on our instructions.

We may share limited information with the following categories of recipients where necessary:

We do not sell your personal information for money as “sale” is commonly understood in U.S. state privacy laws. We do not share user-generated images or face data with third-party AI providers as described in our Face Data and AI Processing sections.

6. Advertising, Attribution, and Analytics

We may use Apple’s ATT prompt to request permission to track across apps and websites owned by other companies. If you grant permission, we and partners such as Meta may use identifiers (including IDFA where available) to measure ad performance and attribute installs or purchases.

If you do not grant permission, we respect that choice and limit data collection accordingly, subject to Apple’s and partners’ technical rules.

Automated app events (for example, launches or purchases) may be logged by integrated SDKs as configured; see your device settings and partner privacy settings for additional controls where available.

7. AI Processing

Aiveo does not send your personal content to independent third-party consumer AI platforms for processing. Your photos, prompts, and related inputs are transmitted over encrypted connections to our servers to generate the results you request. Subprocessors that host or compute on our behalf process data only as instructed by us and are not permitted to use your content for unrelated purposes.

8. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, including transport encryption for network requests and restricted access to production systems. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your region, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain processing of your personal information, or to object to certain uses.

10. Data Retention

We retain information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required by law.

Face data and media used for AI features: As stated in Section 3, content that may contain face data processed on our servers is automatically deleted within 7 days after processing completion, except as required for legal compliance or active disputes. Deletion requests are handled within 30 days as described in Section 9.

Account-related records, purchase validation records, and minimal security logs may be retained for longer periods as needed for accounting, fraud prevention, and legal obligations.
